What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The MOQ depends on the product that is ordered. On all our product pages you can see the MOQ per product or product group.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or wholesale pricing?

Will you match the price if I find a lower quote elsewhere?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and secure online payments. Payment is due upon placing the order. For larger orders, payment terms can be discussed.

Can I receive a digital sample before placing an order?

Yes, we always send a digital printing proof for your approval before production starts. This allows you to check the design and make any final adjustments.

Do you offer physical samples?

Yes, we can send you a blank or printed sample depending on the product. Shipping costs may apply. Contact us for availability.

Can I change the artwork on my order?

Of course you can change your artwork as many times as needed, but do this before you accept the online proof. After you have accepted your online proof, you will not be able to make any additional changes.

Can I reorder previous designs?

Yes, we store your design files securely. Reordering is easy and fast—just mention your previous order number or send us an email.

How long is your delivery time?

Our delivery time depends fully on the product that is ordered. If you look at the individual product pages, you can see that all estimated delivery times are written under the product information. You will receive an estimated delivery date at order confirmation, but feel free to ask us if you have any special rush needs.
